How does the estimate process work?

In most cases, we can provide an estimate within 24 hours of receiving the project details.  Our determining factors when calculating estimates include size, complexity and location of the project. Combining that information with our use of satellite imagery and our price calculator determine our end estimate.  For large projects we may want to visit the site to determine an estimate, but this is usually not necessary. 
 

In what areas do you work?

Our normal service areas are LA and Orange counties.  However, we are also available to measure properties in the Inland Empire, Ventura County, and San Diego for a small travel charge.  In addition, we can take certain projects in the Bay Area.  For large projects, we are willing to travel almost anywhere!

In what forms can I receive my finished drawings?

We do all of our drawings in the latest version of AutoCAD.  If you use a CAD program, we can send you a DWG or a DXF file, which will be compatible with just about any CAD program available.  If you don’t use CAD, we can send a PDF and/or a printed plot at any scale you need. 
 

Can you incorporate my custom preferences into your drawings?

Absolutely!  The beauty of CAD is its customization, and we are happy to create our drawings in the style that is most helpful to you.  We can incorporate your layers, symbols, fonts, or any other preferences, as well as add your logo or custom title block to any drawing.

We can do all correspondence including new projects, estimates, scheduling and project delivery via email.  Our website can also provide instant project estimates and create new projects for measurement.  If you really like working online, our customer portal is a complete web-based project management system where you can create projects, track ongoing projects, view history, and much more.

Why should I get my property measured?

Where do we begin!  An accurate “base map” should be the starting point for every home improvement project.  When you have an as-built plan of your property, you have a document that you can use to sketch out ideas, coordinate design plans, calculate square footage of any area – not to mention to give to your architect or contractor to assist with planning, bidding, and project management. 

The last thing you want to do is start construction of a landscape or home project without knowing exactly what is supposed to be done – you’ll be setting yourself up for a disaster!  Your as-built plans can be used throughout the life of your home, modified whenever you make changes.  PPM will save your plans in digital format forever should you ever need additions, corrections, or additional copies.
