RESIDENTIAL AS-BUILT RATES

FLOOR PLANS
Basic rate for floor plans:	$0.25 - 0.30 / SF	(Based on total size and complexity)
Minimum project fee:	$500	(Typically covers up to 1,500 SF)
COMPLETE ARCHITECTURAL PACKAGE Includes Floor Plan, Roof Plan, 4 Exterior Elevations, and basic Site Plan for one fixed price:
Up to 1,500 SF:	$1,000
1,500 – 2000 SF:	$1,200
2,000 – 2,500 SF:	$1,350
2,500 – 3,000 SF:	$1,500
Over 3,000 SF:	$0.45 - 0.55 / SF	(based on complexity)
SITE PLANS Site Plan pricing can vary widely due to existing site features such as slope, hardscape, vegetation, etc... The following are some general guidelines based on lot size:
Up to 20,000 SF	$450 - 950	($450 minimum)
Over 20,000 SF	$650 and up
Elevations/Contours:	$100 - 500	(depending on size and slope)
ADDITIONAL PLANS
Electrical / RCP:	$100 - 300 each	(depending on size)
Interior Elevations / Sections	$50 - 200 each	(depending on size and quantity)
