Detailed plan of ceiling including soffits, coffers, exposed beams and other structural data, as well as fixtures including lights, vents, safety/fire equipment etc... Requires floor plan.

For commercial buildings. Includes detailed square footage calculations according to BOMA, AIR, or other industry standard methods. Includes rentable and usable square footage, load factors, common areas, etc. Requires floor plan.
