All of our as-built plans include standard architectural items, but they can also be customized to meet your needs with any additional features or modifications. All as-built plans include digital photos at no extra charge.

Site Plans
Site
Plan |
Standard site plan includes house footprint with doors and windows, detached structures, physical boundaries, walls/fences, all hardscape elements, major trees and visible utilities. |
Spot
Elevations |
Spot elevations are elevation points taken at key locations throughout a property to indicate elevation changes. Points are taken at finished floor, top/toe of slopes, house corners, steps, and on ground throughout property. Datum is NOT adjusted to sea level. Requires site plan. |
Contour
Elevations |
Contour lines can be created at any interval (1’, 5’, etc.) to show a better representation of grading on a property. Datum is NOT adjusted to sea level. Requires site plan. |
Landscape
Sections |
Section views depicting the topography of the land along any chosen line. Requires site plan. |
Exterior
Elevations |
Exterior Elevations are detailed drawings of the vertical planes of the exterior of a home/building - including doors, windows, roof and trim. Requires site plan. |

Standard floor plan includes walls, windows, doors, vertical posts/beams, stairs and plumbing fixtures. |
Exterior
Elevations |
Exterior Elevations are detailed drawings of the vertical planes of the exterior of a home/building - including doors, windows, roof, trim and siding. Requires floor plan. |
Interior
Elevations |
Interior Elevations are detailed drawings of all the elements attached to interior walls - including doors, windows, trim, built-ins, appliances, stairs, etc. Requires floor plan. |
Roof
Plan |
Standard roof plan includes a roof outline with valleys, ridges, hips, fireplaces and pitch. Requires floor plan. |
Electrical/Data
Plan |
Includes outlets, switches, data jacks, panels and meters. Requires floor plan. |
Reflected Ceiling
Plan (RCP) |
Includes soffits, exposed beams, ceiling heights, lighting fixtures, ornamentation, HVAC ceiling vents. Requires floor plan. |
Framing
Plan |
Includes location, direction, size and spacing of joists in floor, ceiling and/or roof. Requires floor plan. |
BOMA
Plan |
For commercial buildings. Provides square footage calculations according to the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) standard. Includes rentable and usable square footage, common areas, etc. Requires floor plan. |
